About POPFLEX
POPFLEX is an activewear brand dedicated to solving problems for women, from adding invisible pockets to eliminating cameltoe. The brand is known for balancing form and function, and for building a diverse, inclusive, body-positive community.
Kristen Klochko manages influencer relations and brand partnerships at POPFLEX. With about 1,500 influencers in her gifting program, Kristen needed a way to manage those relationships, track incoming content, and make sure she never misses a post. That’s when she found Grono.
The Challenge
Through its thriving gifting program and organic community enthusiasm, POPFLEX had UGC pouring in nonstop. But manually capturing every post, story, and video was impossible, and spreadsheet tracking meant post-level stats were almost instantly out of date.
Kristen was running everything in the Instagram app. She checked her notifications and DMs for tagged UGC, and took a screenshot of every piece of content posted by an activated influencer. Then she sent each individual screenshot to the POPFLEX team in Slack. Finally, she doubled back to track each post and log its metrics.
If Kristen didn’t log in to IG every single day, she was guaranteed to miss out on content, especially stories.
“When we got Grono, I didn't have to do those screenshots anymore. My phone wasn't loaded with a ton of pictures of people posting in POPFLEX. Grono just automatically sent it through, which was really nice.”
The Solution
Now all of POPFLEX’s tagged UGC streams into Grono automatically. Kristen never has to worry about missing a post when she takes a day off.
“It's really nice to go into Grono every week, see what was posted, and be able to download it if I need to, versus having to capture it manually in real time.”

The Results
With Grono, Kristen can manage all the UGC from her influencer program in one place. Automating her workflow with reliable content capture and efficient tracking has allowed her to double her database; there are now 3,000 influencers in the POPFLEX program.
The POPFLEX team has reclaimed their weekends, thanks to Grono’s 24/7 tracking. Even though influencers post a lot on the weekends, all their content and real-time stats are waiting in Grono when Kristen and her team get back to work on Monday morning.
For example, Kristen was on a plane one Friday night when she hit the influencer jackpot: Taylor Swift was wearing POPFLEX. All of a sudden, the Grono Slack integration popped off; the Swifties were all tagging POPFLEX in their posts about Tay’s latest fit.
